Our Story
It started with one backyard and a refusal to cut corners.
Antioquia Custom Creations began with a simple frustration: homeowners across the East Valley were paying premium prices for average work, chasing contractors for answers, and settling for backyards that looked like everyone else's.
We built the company we would have wanted to hire — one crew, one point of contact, one standard of craftsmanship from the first stake in the ground to the final walkthrough.
Today we design and build complete outdoor living environments across Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Queen Creek and the surrounding valley.
Founder & Owner
Meet Antonio Gonzalez
Antonio Gonzalez didn't start his career in a design studio or behind a desk. He started in the field, learning the landscaping and construction industry from the ground up.
After immigrating to the United States as a teenager, Antonio faced challenges that forced him to grow up quickly. Determined to create a better future, he earned his GED, served in the United States Marine Corps, and carried the discipline, leadership, and work ethic he learned in the military into the construction industry.
Over the years, Antonio worked on projects ranging from simple backyard renovations to large-scale outdoor living environments, gaining firsthand experience in every stage of the process. That experience eventually led him to establish Antioquia Custom Creations with a simple mission: to create outdoor spaces that families can enjoy for generations while delivering an experience built on honesty, communication, and craftsmanship.
Today, Antonio leads a team that specializes in custom outdoor living design and construction throughout Arizona. From luxury backyard transformations and outdoor kitchens to pergolas, pool remodels, pavers, turf, and complete outdoor living environments, every project is approached with the same attention to detail and commitment to quality.
What separates Antonio from many contractors is that he doesn't view projects as transactions. He understands that clients are making significant investments in their homes, and he believes they deserve a partner who communicates clearly, stands behind their work, and treats every project as if it were their own property.
As a Marine Corps veteran and business owner, Antonio has built Antioquia Custom Creations on the values of integrity, accountability, and excellence. Those values have helped the company earn the trust of homeowners, professionals, business leaders, first responders, and professional athletes throughout Arizona.
