Antonio Gonzalez is the driving force behind Antioquia Custom Creations — a self-made entrepreneur whose journey is rooted in grit, resilience, and a vision to build something greater than himself.
Antonio immigrated to the United States at 14 with his younger brother Felix, leaving behind his family in Mexico. Facing the challenges of a new country and limited resources, Antonio took responsibility early. He eventually had to drop out of high school due to family circumstances, but he never gave up — earning his GED and soon after enlisting in the United States Marine Corps.
There, he rose through the ranks and developed the leadership, discipline, and operational strategy that now serve as the foundation of his business. After completing his service, Antonio returned to Arizona and worked his way up in the landscape industry, starting as a laborer and eventually overseeing multimillion-dollar projects. His last role before launching his own company had him managing luxury hardscape builds and pool renovations in the East Valley.
Antonio founded Antioquia Custom Creations with a bold vision: to lead a company that brings precision, creativity, and craftsmanship to every outdoor space. Today, he is hands-on in every phase of the process — from design meetings to final walkthroughs — ensuring that each project reflects the client’s dreams and the company’s signature quality.
Felix, known on the team as “Flex,” is the creative engine behind the visual side of Antioquia Custom Creations. With more than nine years of design experience, Felix is responsible for turning rough ideas into immersive 3D renderings that allow clients to envision their future outdoor paradise before construction even begins.
Trained at Universidad Insuco in Monterrey, Mexico, Felix combines technical expertise with a bold artistic eye. His designs blend beauty and practicality, making sure that what looks amazing in concept can be flawlessly executed in the field.
From modern outdoor kitchens to luxury poolscapes and structural features like pergolas and patios, Felix works closely with clients to reflect their style and lifestyle in every build. He doesn’t just design structures — he designs experiences.
Carlos is the man behind the lens, capturing and communicating the visual soul of Antioquia Custom Creations. With a background in high-end content creation, Carlos has worked with top-tier talent including Post Malone, Feid, Kawhi Leonard, Travis Scott, Bad Bunny, Justin Bieber, and The Migos, mastering the art of luxury storytelling.
He served as a creative consultant for West Coast Customs, where he sharpened his skills in showcasing custom craftsmanship at the highest level. At Antioquia, Carlos applies that same creative precision to every project — through drone flyovers, cinematic edits, project walkthroughs, and social media campaigns.
Carlos doesn’t just shoot footage — he brings each project to life visually, helping the world see the artistry, detail, and transformation involved in every custom outdoor space.
Sergio brings more than 12 years of hands-on construction experience to the Antioquia Custom Creations team. As a foreman, he plays a critical role in coordinating jobsite execution, managing teams, and ensuring that each build meets our exacting standards.
Known for his sharp attention to detail and no-nonsense work ethic, Sergio ensures that blueprints become reality with precision. From pool demolition to masonry and custom hardscaping, he oversees every inch of the process to guarantee a smooth, efficient build that finishes on time and exceeds expectations.
With over 15 years in the landscape and hardscape industry, Enrique is one of our most experienced team leaders. He brings deep knowledge of installation, drainage, grading, irrigation, and stonework, making him a vital part of our production crew.
Enrique is known for running a tight ship — balancing speed, quality, and safety on every jobsite. He’s a natural leader who trains and motivates his crew while ensuring that each project is delivered to spec. Whether laying pavers, installing turf, or building retaining walls, Enrique makes sure every line is straight and every detail is dialed in.
Mauro has spent the past eight years honing his skills in outdoor living installations, from excavation and framing to tilework and structural finishing. As a team leader, he ensures that day-to-day operations on each project are organized and productive.
With a background in both softscape and hardscape execution, Mauro is the type of leader who isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty. He guides his team through complex installations while maintaining open communication with project managers and clients.
Diego handles transportation logistics and site support, making sure the right materials get to the right job at the right time. With 5 years of field experience in landscape management and team coordination, he plays a vital behind-the-scenes role that keeps projects running smoothly.
As a team leader, Diego also supports site prep, cleanup, and equipment handling — ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient work environment from start to finish. His punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail make him a key player in our operation.
